Daily Court List is an independent monitoring service and is not operated by or endorsed by Queensland Courts or the Queensland Government.

Potential matches only

Daily Court List compares customer-supplied names with publicly published court-list material. Results are potential name matches only and do not establish identity, involvement, wrongdoing, conviction or the outcome of any proceeding.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must independently verify every result, use the service lawfully, protect account access and ensure their intended use does not breach a suppression order, statutory non-publication requirement, privacy obligation, employment law or any other applicable requirement.

Source availability

Court-list publishers may change formats, publication times and availability. The service does not guarantee that every list will always be available or that source material is complete or error-free.

Billing

Twenty-four-hour access is a one-time purchase. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled. Saved watch-list names remain stored after access expires, but matching and alerts pause until access is renewed.
