Private customer watch lists

Watch-list names, aliases, notes and match decisions are visible only to authorised users of the relevant customer account and system administrators responsible for operating the service.

Data minimisation

Date of birth is optional and is not used to claim identity. Court-list documents are retained only for the configured operational period. The application includes a retention command for automatic cleanup.

Notifications

Email and SMS contact details are used to deliver requested potential-match alerts and account communications. SMS is sent only when enabled for the plan and opted into by the customer.

Service providers

Depending on the deployment, payment, email, SMS, hosting and database providers may process limited information needed to deliver those services. Production operators should identify those providers and their locations in the final privacy policy.

Access and correction

Customers can update watch-list and notification information through their account. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion should be directed to the support address shown on the site, subject to legal and operational retention obligations.

Security

Use a strong password and do not share logins. Production deployments should use HTTPS, a managed PostgreSQL service, protected secrets, regular backups and restricted administrator access.
